winph1 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the winph1 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the winph1 Platform.

winph1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on winph1, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

winph1 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit card transactions. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your winph1 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by winph1 within the timeframes specified in the platform's current withdrawal policy. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. winph1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. winph1 may apply a minimum wagering requirement before funds deposited under a bonus offer become eligible for withdrawal — refer to the specific bonus terms for details.

• winph1 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.
• winph1 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks as required by applicable Philippine law.

winph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. winph1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

All content on the winph1 Platform — including but not limited to the winph1 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of winph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winph1 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any winph1 content without prior written consent from winph1.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winph1 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, whether or not influenced by technical errors.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the winph1 Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the winph1 Platform.

winph1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit winph1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

winph1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if winph1 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your winph1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

winph1 operates in the Philippine online gaming market in accordance with applicable regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the winph1 Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

winph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
